The two world wars and die-hard efforts by the US to win over USSR during cold war created the technological ground for the useful devices we use now. Airplane, tank, plastic, nuclear power, jet-engine, rocket, computer and many more came to us much earlier than supposed to without those events. The latest revolutions driven by Internet, PC, smartphone and massive data process has proliferated our life markedly since 1980 but now we are acclimated to the slower changes iPhone/Galaxy S make every year.

The technological development in semiconductor has never stopped, and the ever-rising need for more sophisticated programs, games and most notably, crypto currencies accelerated the progress for higher-spec GPUs and memory semiconductors. As indicated by the 3x move of NVIDIA ytd and unprecedented recovery of blended DRAM prices in 2Q23 thanks to HBM3, the world is expecting to have the next revolution to make our life remarkably different, led by Artificial Intelligence. The race to be leaders of A.I. has already begun long before and the equity investors' recognition of the move also began early this year, if not earlier, and we want to know who will be the winners and when it will peak out.

The race to lead in AI started long before now but the market is now focused on identifying the winners.
