Data Centres are one of the key development areas in Singapore, with the moratorium on new data centres recently lifted in early 2022. KDC SGP 4, completed in 2017, is a five-storey carrier-neutral and purpose-built facility providing data centre solutions and dedicated colocation suites. It is sited in the Tampines Industrial Park A and certified with the BCA Green Mark Platinum Award and Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Award since 2017.
