We have set aside a group of rooms at the Conrad Hong Kong for attendees of the conference. The discounted conference room rate is as follows:

Deluxe Room for ONE (1) guest	HK$2,250 + 10% service charge and 3% hotel accommodation tax (HAT) per room per night
Deluxe Room for TWO (2) guests	HK$2,450 + 10% service charge and 3% hotel accommodation tax (HAT) per room per night

The room rate specified above includes a daily breakfast buffet(s) at Garden Cafe. Rooms are strictly limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Only approved Macquarie delegates for the Asia Conference are eligible for discounted room rates. Macquarie reserves the right to cancel reservations by unapproved individuals.
- Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 12:00 pm.
- All reservations must be made by Friday, 2 May 2025. Reservations made after the deadline will be subject to availability and prevailing room tariffs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Reservations will only be confirmed with valid credit card details provided.
- A one-night guest room charge, 10% service charge, and 3% hotel accommodation tax will be charged to your credit card when you make a reservation as a guarantee.
- Reservation can be cancelled on or before 2 May 2025, Friday with written notification and full refund will be made.
- A 100% room charge, 10% service charge, and 3% hotel accommodation tax deposit will be charged to the credit card for cancellations after Friday, 2 May 2025.
- Arrival/departure date change after Friday, 2 May 2025 will be subject to availability provided new dates are not shorter than original length of stay.
- If you fail to show up on the arrival date, cancel, or depart early after Friday, 2 May 2025, the full payment for the reservation will be forfeited from your credit card.
