- Reservations must be made directly with the hotel using the official hotel reservation form. Macquarie will not be responsible for making the booking.
- Delegates are responsible for covering all expenses incurred during their stay.
- Kindly review the terms and conditions carefully including credit card guarantee requirements and cancellation policies.
- Discounted room rates are available only to approved Macquarie delegates attending Asia Conference. Macquarie reserves the right to cancel reservations made by unapproved individuals.
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM.
- Reservation deadline: Friday, 8 May 2026. Bookings made after this date will be subject to availability and prevailing room tariffs.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
- Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of valid credit card details.
- A one-night guest room charge, plus 10% service charge and 3% hotel accommodation tax, will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking as a guarantee.
- Cancellations made on or before Friday, 8 May 2026 with written notification will receive a full refund.
- For cancellations after Friday, 8 May 2026, a charge equivalent to 100% of the room rate, plus 10% service charge and 3% hotel accommodation tax, will be applied to the credit card on file.
- Changes to arrival or departure dates after Friday, 8 May 2026 will be subject to availability, provided the revised stay is not shorter than original length of stay.
- In the event of a no-show, late cancellation, or early departure after Friday, 8 May 2026, the full payment for the reservation will be forfeited and charged to your credit card.
