We have reserved limited number of rooms at W Taipei for conference participants. The special conference room rate is as follows:

Room type: Wonderful Room
Room rate: TWD7,600++ per room per night

The above room rate is subject to 10% service charge and 5.5% value-added tax (VAT) and is non-commissionable. Rooms are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

All reservations must be made by Thursday, 6 November 2025. Reservations made after the deadline will be subject to availability and prevailing room tariffs.

- Room reservations must be made directly with the hotel using the hotel reservation form. Macquarie will not be responsible for arranging the booking.
- Delegates are responsible for all costs incurred during their stay.

- Only approved Macquarie delegates for Taiwan Conference are eligible for the special conference room rate.
