We encourage all conference attendees to secure their hotel reservations upon registering. Our conference is taking place during the Montreal Grand Prix, which is the biggest tourist event of the year for Canada with approximately 300,000 people in attendance. All hotels in Montreal have similar stipulations for minimum stays during the Grand Prix weekend where room rates will only increase, and hotel reservations will become harder to secure.
