From 2004 to 2010, Scott covered the Australian insurance sector for Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, he was an actuarial consultant with Towers Watson where he worked on a range of projects across Asia-Pacific.

Viktor Shvets joined Macquarie in Hong Kong in January 2013 and is head of Asian Strategy as well as global coordinator of equity strategy. Viktor has 30 years of equity research experience across various sectors and markets, including Australia, Asia, US domestic and EEMEA. Previously, Viktor led thematic research at Credit Suisse in HK. He has worked for various banks, including Deutsche Bank (Hong Kong and US), Barings (Australia), DLJ (Europe) and Lehman Brothers/Nomura. Viktor has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and Master of Commerce from the University of NSW. He is also Fellow CPA.
