We have reserved a block of rooms at the Conrad Hong Kong for conference participants. The special conference room rate is as follows:

Deluxe Room for ONE (1) guest	HK$2,400 + 10% service charge per room per night
Deluxe Room for TWO (2) guests	HK$2,600 + 10% service charge per room per night

The room rate mentioned above includes a daily breakfast buffet(s) at Garden Cafe. Rooms are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please make a reservation by filling out the enclosed form and sending it directly to Conrad Hotel via email. Click to download the hotel booking form and then email the
completed form to Pauline Chan at pauline.chan@conradhotels.com. The hotel will send a confirmation email to verify the booking.

Important Notes:
- Room reservations must be made directly with the hotel using the hotel reservation form. Macquarie will not be responsible for arranging the booking.
- Delegates are responsible for all costs incurred during their stay.
- Please carefully review the terms & conditions, credit card guarantee, and cancellation clauses.
- Only delegates approved by Macquarie for the Asia Conference are eligible for the discounted room rates. Macquarie retains the right to cancel reservations made by
individuals who are not approved attendees.
- Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 12:00 pm.
- All reservations must be made by Monday, 29 April 2024. Reservations made after the deadline will be subject to availability and prevailing room tariffs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Reservations will only be confirmed with valid credit card details provided.
- One-night guest room charge plus a 10% service charge will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation as a guarantee for your booking.
- Reservation can be cancelled on or before Monday 29 April 2024 with written notification and full refund will be made.
- Please note 100% room charge plus 10% service charge deposit will be obtained from the credit card for cancellation made after Monday 29 April 2024.
- Arrival/departure date change after Monday 29 April 2024 will be subject to availability provided new dates are not shorter than original length of stay.
- In the event of No Show on arrival date or cancellation or early departure made after Monday 29 April 2024, the payment obtained from your credit card for full duration
of the reservation will be forfeited.

We have reserved a limited block of rooms at the Island Shangri-la Hong Kong for conference participants. The special conference room rate is as follows:

Deluxe Peak View Room (Single Occupancy)	HK$2,300 + 10% service charge per room per night
Deluxe Peak View Room (Double Occupancy)	HK$2,600 + 10% service charge per room per night

Rate is inclusive of daily breakfast served at Cafe TOO (Level 7). Rooms are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
