Macquarie Asia Conference 2024 Site Tour #5: Japan Governance Transformation Tour**Limit to 8pax** - FULL!

Japan has witnessed a series of governance reforms and major transformations in companies that are clearly more focused on shareholder value. We plan to visit large-cap companies that have made the transformation, and those that are moving in the right direction. A particular focus will be on execution plans for these companies' announced "Action to Implement Management that is Conscious of Cost of Capital and Stock Price" that was requested by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The tour consists of two days of group meetings in Tokyo, with an additional day to focus on bespoke requests, including visits outside of Tokyo.
